یکے بعد دیگرے انکم ٹیکس کے نوٹس سے پریشان کانگریس کو اس کے خلاف سپریم کورٹ سے رجوع کرنے کے بعد بڑی راحت ملی ہے۔

عدالت میں سوالات کے گھیرے میں آنے کےبعد محکمہ انکم ٹیکس نے اپنے موقف کو تبدیل کر لیا ہے اور یقین دہانی کرائی ہے کہ ۲۴؍ جون تک یعنی عام انتخابات کے مکمل ہونے تک وہ کانگریس کے خلاف اس معاملے میں کوئی کارروائی نہیں کریگا۔

Delhi, February 26, 2021: The Supreme Court on Thursday said salaries and pensions are “rightful entitlements” of government employees and in case of delay, they should be paid with interest.
