Kargil, July 14: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Kargil, Ghulam Mohi-ud-In Wani today paid a visit to Kendriya Vidyalaya Kargil on the direction of DC Kargil to inaugurate a smart class gifted by Nominated Councillor, Leela Banoo.
