Kargil, Jan 10: Government Degree College Kargil conducted the launch event of Free Short Term Training Courses under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana 4.0 Scheme.
The college is granted the status of skill hub to conduct two short-term training courses in Traditional Hand Embroiderer and Graphic Designer, especially for the non-college, school dropout and unemployed youth of the region.
