Leh, Dec 11: The Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson flagged off the first batch of youths from Leh district for an educational tour and residential life skill cum vocational training to the institute of Sri-Sri Rural Development Programme Trust, Bengaluru for two months.
