Kargil, February 05, 2025: Ladakh Academy of Art Culture and Language (LAACL) Kargil today organized one-day Seminar/Mushaira/Afsana on constitutional principles and democracy at Cultural Academy Hall Kargil in which poets presented their verses in multiple languages.
The theme of the Seminar was constitutional principles and democracy (“Aaen-e-usool aur Jamhuriyat”). The poets recited verses on democracy and constitutional values.
