KARGIL, MAY 26, 2022: A delegation from CSIR-Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology (IHBT), Palampur today visited GDC Kargil to discuss the establishment of a floral garden under the ‘Floriculture Mission’ for educational and aesthetic purposes.
