Kargil, Nov 16: Chairman/CEC, LAHDC, Kargil, Dr Mohd Jaffer Akhoon convened a meeting with heads of various Telecom Operators in Kargil. During the meeting, various issues regarding improvement of seven telecommunication services including 4G Saturation plan provided by different telecom operators was discussed.
