Kargil, June 19, 2025 — In a continued effort to reach out to rural communities and strengthen grassroots-level infrastructure, Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon today visited Sangrah village, where he personally handed over essential items to support local community centres.
