Leh, Sept 9: It is with profound sadness that we report the tragic loss of Inspector Tsewang Namgyal, a dedicated leader of the UT Disaster Response Force (UTDRF), who lost his life during a rescue operation in the Indus River near Khaltsi. The mission, which aimed to save a minor girl who had drowned, saw the UTDRF boat capsize.
