Advisor Dr. Pawan Kotwal awarded Mahakaruna Award 2025

Leh, Jan 10, 2025: The founder of the Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre, Ven. Bhikkhu Sanghasena, today presented the Mahakaruna (Compassion in Action) Award 2025 to Dr. Pawan Kotwal, Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh.

The award recognizes Dr. Kotwal’s significant contributions to the development of Ladakh. Ven. Bhikkhu Sanghasena also congratulated Dr. Kotwal on his appointment as the first Chief Secretary of Ladakh.
