Leh, March 29: National Institute of Sowa Rigpa (NSIR), Leh signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), New Delhi, on March 28, to establish a Yoga Centre at NSIR Leh with the technical and financial support of MDNIY.
