KARGIL, MAY 06, 2021: Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan inaugurated 500 LPM medical grade oxygen concentration plant at the Dedicated COVID-19 Hospital Kurbathang here today.
With the coming up of this second oxygen concentration plant which has been completed at a cost of Rs 1.38 crores under the Special Development Package (SDP), the total oxygen generation capacity for COVID-19 Hospital Kargil has now gone up from the existing 500 LPM to 1000 LPM.

251 new Covid cases report in Ladakh
Leh, May 06: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh last night, a total of 251 positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. Out of the total positive reports, 182 reports were received by CMO Leh and 69 positive sample reports were received by CMO Kargil.

Medical staff working tirelessly to contain spread of Covid-19
Leh, May 04: To ensure the hassle-free journey of the passengers and control the spread of Covid-19 in the region, the medical staff led by Block Medical Officer (BMO) and police personnel are working day and night at the Khaltse checkpost.
