KARGIL, OCTOBER 05, 2022: Author and prominent senior citizen of Kargil, Kacho Asfandyar Khan’s long-awaited books titled “Parkala-e-Guftar and Api Tso” were released on Tuesday in presence of Chairman/CEC, LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan at Council Secretariat.
