Eid Al-Fitr Celebrated with Spirituality and Enthusiasm Across TSG Block
TSG, March 31: The Eid Al-Fitr was celebrated with great religious fervor and traditional enthusiasm across TSG Block, including Saliskote, GM Pore, Tambis, Kanoor, and Trespone. More than 700 believers gathered at Jama Masjid Ameer-ul-Mu’mineen, Trespone, to offer Eid prayers, marking the conclusion of the holy month of Ramadan.
The grand congregational prayer was led by Hojjatul Islam Wal Muslimeen Aga Syed Mujtaba Musavi, with a large number of men and women from the region participating in the prayers. The sighting of the Eid moon on Sunday evening confirmed March 31 as the day of Eid Al-Fitr.
In his Eid sermon, Aga Syed Mujtaba Musavi emphasized the significance of Taqwa (piety) and urged the community to uphold values of righteousness, compassion, and unity. He highlighted the importance of moral integrity, self-discipline, and faith, encouraging believers to strengthen their bond with Allah through good deeds. He also prayed for global peace, prosperity, and harmony and called upon the community to support those in need.

Following the prayers, believers exchanged Eid greetings, visited relatives, and participated in festive gatherings. Families and friends came together, reinforcing social bonds and spreading joy. Many individuals also distributed food, clothes, and gifts to the underprivileged, promoting the values of generosity and kindness taught in Islam.
The festive atmosphere was further enriched by traditional Eid feasts, where families prepared and shared delicious meals, symbolizing love and togetherness. Children, dressed in new clothes, enjoyed sweets and gifts, adding to the joyful spirit of the occasion.
The Eid celebrations across TSG Block reflected a deep sense of spirituality, unity, and cultural harmony, marking the end of a month of devotion, self-discipline, and prayer. The day served as a reminder of empathy, charity, and gratitude, which are core values of Islamic teachings.
