Kargil, April 15, 2025: The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Srinagar Bench conducted its 2nd (three-day) Circuit Sitting that started today at TFC, Kargil.

The initiative aims to resolve service matters locally, providing Kargil residents with easier access to justice.

The Division Bench of CAT, comprising Hon’ble Mr.D. S Mahra, Judicial Member/(HOD), and Hon’ble Mr. Prasant Kumar, Administrative Member, held a Circuit Bench in Kargil in hybrid mode allowing cases to be heard both physically and virtually for greater accessibility.

The total cases listed before Hon’ble Bench were 19 and out of which 10 cases were disposed off (OA-1, TA-3,MA-03 and CP-03).
