Aligarh, Feb 2, 2025 – Member of Parliament from Ladakh, Mr. Haji Haneefa Jan attended a cultural program “Jashn-e-Ladakh” at Madeenatul Uloom (MU) College, Aligarh organised by Ladakh Students Welfare Society Aligarh (LSWSA) today.

The event was aimed at promoting educational progress among Ladakhi students residing in Aligarh and also served to felicitate previous members of the organization for their contribution to the student’s community.

In his keynote address, the chief guest, Mr. Haji Haneefa Jan emphasized the importance of upskilling the potential of every Ladakhi student. “We must empower ourselves with knowledge and compete on a global level,” he stated, assured his unwavering support for the upliftment of the Ladakhi community.

The event was further enriched by a vote of thanks delivered by the President of LSWSA, Dr. Liyaqat Ali, who expressed gratitude to all participants and highlighted the ongoing commitment of the organization to educational progress.
