Kargil, Feb 17: Four IAS officers posted in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh have been promoted to the Junior Administrative Grade (Level 12 in the pay matrix).

They are part of a group of 16 officers from the Joint AGMUT Cadre who have received this promotion.

The promoted officers include Saloni Rai, the Deputy Commissioner of Udhampur; Dr Devansh Yadav, the Commissioner of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC); Shrikant Balasaheb Suse, the Deputy Commissioner of Kargil; and Rakesh Minhas, the Deputy Commissioner of Kathua.

All four officers belong to the 2016 batch of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).
