This is to inform the general public that traffic movement on the Leh-Manali National Highway (NH3) will be regulated due to severe winter conditions, including extreme cold, snowfall, and the formation of ice on roadways, especially in high-altitude passes. To ensure safety, the route will be officially closed to traffic starting December 7, 2024.

Travelers are advised to plan their journeys accordingly and avoid unnecessary risks.
