Kargil, Nov 21, 2024: ICDS Project Kargil today celebrated Jan Jatiya Gaurav Diwas at Panchayat Ghar Karkitchoo.

Beneficiaries from Anganwadi Centre Karkitchoo Ist, Karkitchoo Farka and Karkitchoo Yokma took part in the event along with other stakeholders and local residents in a huge number.

The AWWs and AWHs of respective Anganwadi Centres were also present during the event along with CDPO Kargil, Supervisors, Block Coordinator and ANMs of ICDS Project Kargil. A medical team from Health and Wellness Centre Karkitchoo was also present at the event.

The event involved special PMMVY Registration Drive, Aadhaar enrolment of children up to 5 years, growth monitoring of children, Anemia Testing of women and children and awareness on different schemes and services of ICDS. The event saw greater participation from all stakeholders.
