Agreement on PSC Likely in Ladakh-MHA Talks Scheduled for Dec 3
Kargil, Nov 23: A breakthrough on establishing a Public Service Commission (PSC) for Ladakh is anticipated during the upcoming talks between Ladakhi leaders and the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in New Delhi on December 3, reported a news report citing sources from Leh Apex Body and Ministry of Home Affairs.
Leaders from the Leh Apex Body (LAB) and Kargil Democratic Alliance (KDA) have expressed openness to utilizing the Jammu and Kashmir PSC but firmly oppose joining DANIAS (Delhi, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu Civil Services).
