Kargil, June 18: The Ashoka Mission, in collaboration with District Administration of Kargil, is organizing a medical camp from July 8 to July 12, 2024.

In this connection, a meeting was held on June 18, 2024, chaired by Chairman/CEC of LAHDC Kargil, to coordinate arrangements.

The meeting was attended by Tashi Mutup Kau, coordinator, Ashoka Mission Delhi; Chief Medical Officer, Kargil; Dy. Chief Medical Officer, Kargil; Accounts Officer, KDA Kargil; Accounts Officer, DC Office Kargil; Medical Superintendent, DHK Kargil; RMO, District Hospital Kargil.

The meeting discussed several aspects of the organizing event to make it successful. It was decided that a liaison officer will be appointed by the Deputy Commissioner/CEO LAHDC Kargil to coordinate with the Ashoka Mission team.

The meeting discussed that five vehicles will be provided by the I/C District Motor Garage Kargil for transportation needs.

Chief Medical Officer, Kargil, will allocate 10 OPD at District Hospital Kargil for the medical camp.

Medical Superintendent, DHK Kargil, will prepare prescription tickets, Seal them with “AIIMS Doctor Camp Kargil,” and arrange banners.

It was decided that an online registration and screening of patients will be managed through a link created by the Medical Superintendent, DHK Kargil.
