VoL Desk, May 14: As the election dates are coming closer in Ladakh the election campaigning are also also getting intense in its momentum. In this connection the Ladakh Democratic Alliance’s independent candidate Haji Hanifa Jan has so far completed his campaigning process in three Subdivision of Kargil district including Sankoo, Shakar- Chiktan, and Drass.

Throughout his election campaigning he was accompanied by the Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC, Kargil, Dr Mohd Jaffar Akhoon, Executive Councillors of LAHDC Kargil, Zakir Hussain, Nasir Munshi, Kacho Mohd Feroz, Ex CEC, Feroz Ahmad Khan, and clerics. Beside this he was also accompanied by the erstwhile members of Congress and NC unit of Kargil.

During his election campaign he continuously promised and assured people of fulfilling the long-standing demand of Kargil Democratic Alliance and Apex Body Leh. During his campaign his fellow leaders appealed general public for casting their vote on 20 May 2024 and make him a successful candidate.

Meanwhile the Ladakh Democratic Alliance candidate has so far not released the official manifesto of election. However, he throughout his campaign has reiterated that his main goal is fulfilling the four-point agenda of Ladakh for which Ladakh is struggling for last four years.
