VoL Desk, May 08: After Kargil get united fielding Haji Hanifa Jan as a joint candidate for the Lok Sabha elections from Ladakh constituency, the leaders in district Leh are also mulling on a provision to support only a single candidate enhancing the probability for a candidate from Leh to win the election.

A veteran leader from Leh and former President of Ladakh Buddhist Association (LBA), on the occasion of congratulating the new LBA President Tsering Dorjay Lakruk appealed to elect a single candidate from Leh also. He was appeared in a video gone viral on social media.

He proposed to get united for the Lok Sabha election to keep it in hands of Leh before it slips out of their hand which would be challenging for them.
