VoL Desk, April 30: As per a notice issued by Director (Rtd.) Additional Secretary to the Commission, Tsering Mutup (JKAS) a One-Man Commission under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble Justice Bansi Lal Bhat, former Judge of High Court of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh has been constituted to identify Areas adjoining Line of Actual Control (LAC).

This identification is aimed for reservation under the J&K Reservation Act 2004 as applicable to the UT of Ladakh.

The Commission, with its headquarters at Jammu, has started functioning from VIP Guest House, opposite Bahu Plaza, Railhead, Jammu.
