VoL Desk, Feb. 27: The Ladakh Administration has formally announced the establishment of the Ladakh Subordinate Services Staff Selection Board to oversee the recruitment process for Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) and all Group ‘C UT/Divisional Cadre categories of posts within its jurisdiction.

This initiative aims to streamline and standardize recruitment procedures while adhering to existing rules, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.

In accordance with Notification F.No: A-12/9/2024 GAD SEC dated February 27, 2024, the autonomous body’s formation is geared towards providing fair opportunities to all candidates. It emphasizes transparency and fairness in recruitment practices.

The Ladakh Administration, under the powers delegated by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, is taking proactive steps to establish its own Subordinate Services Staff Selection Board and formulate regulations governing its operations.

CEC, LAHDC, Leh Tashi Gyaltsan extended gratitude to the Prime Minister, Home Minister, LG Ladakh, MP Ladakh, and all involved officials for their dedicated efforts in establishing the board.
