Kargil, July 7, 2023 – In response to the recommendations made by the Chief Education Officer, Kargil, the Deputy Commissioner/Chief Executive Officer of Kargil has issued an official order declaring the summer vacation for all Government and Private Educational Institutions in the district.

The order states that the summer vacation will commence from the 10th of July 2023. During this period, all educational institutions within the district are directed to suspend regular academic activities. The summer vacation is scheduled to conclude on the 20th of July 2023, following which the institutions will resume their operations.

The decision to implement the summer vacation aims to provide students, teachers, and staff with a well-deserved break from their educational responsibilities. It is anticipated that this period will allow individuals to rejuvenate, spend quality time with their families, and engage in recreational activities.
