Leh, Nov 22 (DIPR Leh): A delegation headed by Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson and MP Ladakh, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal met with LG Ladakh, R.K Mathur at Raj Niwas today. 

The delegation comprised of Executive Councillor for Agriculture, Stanzin Chosphel; Executive Councillor for RDD, Tashi Namgyal Yakzee; Executive Councillor for Minority Affairs, Ghulam Mehdi; Councillor Tiger, Rigzin Lundup, and Councillor Khaltse, Lobzang Sherab. 

CEC Gyalson and MP Jamyang apprised LG Mathur of the recently conducted special session of the General Council meeting and further submitted a copy of the resolution passed by the august house seeking constitutional safeguards to Ladakh for the protection of land, employment, culture, environment, and trade.

The delegation headed by CEC Gyalson and MP Jamyang requested LG Mathur to communicate further to the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India regarding the resolution passed by LAHDC Leh.
