VoL Desk, Sep. 19: District Police Kargil solved a hit and run case occurred at Panikhar on Saturday where a school student named Zulfikhar Ali son of Akhtar Hussain, a resident of Yuljuk was hit by a Mahindra 207 vehicle, read a press release issued by the Kargil District Police.
