Govt offices in Kargil to have complaint box for public grievances
VoL Desk, August 27: On the desire of Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC, Kargil, the Deputy Commissioner Kargil in a fresh circular has instructed the Government offices to install a complaint box in the office premises.
“As desired by the Hon’ble Chairman/Chief Executive Councilor, LAHDC Kargil and to address the issues of Public Grievances, all the District Officers/ Sectoral Heads of this district will put a complaint Box at a suitable place/ location in the premises of every Govt. offices”, read the circular.
The Deputy Commissioner has further instructed to display slogans/ watch words to discourage possible use of corrupt practices in the society.

The Officer concerned shall attend the complaints for disposal on its ment following procedure as laid down for handling anonymous/ pseudonymous complaints notified vide Circular No. 29-GAD of 2014 dated 31.07.2014.
