Leh, 11 August: Department of Industries and Commerce, Leh organised a Tiranga rally today at Industrial Estate, Leh under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. Executive Councillor for Industries, LAHDC, Leh, Ghulam Mehdi Ashoor participated in the tiranga rally along with Joint Director, Industries, Lakshay Singhal. 

During the occasion, EC Mehdi congratulated all the entrepreneurs, workers of Industrial Estate Leh for organising the Tiranga rally. 

Meanwhile, Joint Director, Industries, Lakshay Singhal said that industry has a major role in the economy. He informed about the ongoing National Handloom week (from August 7 to 14) in Leh market. He urged the entrepreneurs to operate the units professionally.
