UoL Announces various Certificate, Diploma Courses; signs MoU with FTII Pune
VoL Desk, July 29: Days after announcing various certificate and diploma courses, University of Ladakh (UoL) and Film and Television Institute of India (FIII), Pune have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
The main focus of the MOU is to introduce courses relating to various aspects of film and television productions.
Dean, Academic Affairs from UOL, Prof. Deskyong Namgyal and Registrar from FTII Hashmi signed the MoU in the presence of Vice Chancellor, University of Ladakh, Prof. S.K.Mehta.

Pertinent to mention that the UoL on the eve of 75th Independence Day of the nation celebrating “Aazadi ka Mahaotsav”, had announced number of Certificate/Diploma courses.
Online applications for the same are invited from interested candidates for various programs which shall run in dual mode of learning: online as well as offline except for the ones specifically mentioned.

The programmes include Certificate Course on National Security and Media, Certificate Course on Research Methodology, Certificate Course on Area Studies – Rise of China, Certificate Course on Homeland Security, Certificate course on Security and International Politics, Certificate Course in Yoga, Certificate Course on Geopolitics and Strategic Studies, Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Management, Certificate Course in French, Certificate Course in Chinese Language, Certificate Course in Entrepreneurship Development, Certificate Course in Basic Computer Skill, Laboratory Assistant, Certificate Course in GIS and Remote Sensing, and Certificate course in News Reporting Ethics.
