VoL Desk, June 3, 2022: The Adventure Sports Club Trespone (ASC) in collaboration with Nehru Yuva Kendra, Kargil conducted a cycle rally to mark the world bicycle day 2022 here in Kargil today.

Around 20 cyclists participated in the cycle rally that started at 07:00 hours from Kanoor bridge and culminated at Ashina resort. On the occasion the Executive Councilor for works, LAHDC, Kargil Agha Syed Abass Rizvi was the chief guest.

The coordinator NYK briefed the participants about the importance of cycling, especially for youth physical fitness.

The president of ASC Trespone Hadi Maisum expressed thanks to the NYK coordinator for giving them the opportunity to celebrate such an event by the club.

At last, the program concluded with medals and light refreshments for the participants.
