Leh, Nov 19: Secretary, Youth Services and Sports, Ravinder Kumar today convened a preliminary meeting for the upcoming 2nd edition of Zanskar Winter Sports and Youth Festival 2022, in the presence of Member of Parliament, Ladakh, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal.

During the meeting, all the stakeholders shared their opinions and suggestion to make the event a grand success.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner, Leh/Kargil; Councillor, Cha constituency, Stanzin Lakpa; officers/officials from Tourism and Youth Services Sports Department; representative from ITBP Leh, Ladakh tour operators and Ladakh winter sports associations.
