Kargil, November 24, 2021: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID), a Maharatna Company under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, organized one day free orthopedic and Cardiac Camp at Drass Substation today.

The camp was organized as a part of the flagship program Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations. Around 100 persons from the four villages of Drass i.e. Beras, Muradbagh, Holyial, and Trongjun benefitted from the camp.

On the request of POWERGRID, CMO, Kargil Dr. Munawar Hussain Wazir had deputed Dr. Sujhat and Dr. Zameer for this camp where free medicines were also distributed among patients. The beneficiaries and the local authorities thanked POWERGRID for organizing the camp.
