Leh, November 26: In order to celebrate 26^th November as Constitution Day to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India, and for participating in the national level function, Advisor Ladakh, Umang Narula along with all the Administrative Secretaries participated in the reading of the Preamble to the Constitution of India at the UT Secretariat today.

Earlier, Advisor Ladakh along with the Administrative Secretaries participated in the celebratory function taking place at the Central Hall of the Indian Parliament in New Delhi through live streaming.

The event was attended by Principal Secretary, Pawan Kotwal; Commissioner/Secretary, Ajeet Kumar Sahu; Divisional Commissioner/ Secretary, Saugat Biswas; Secretary Preet Pal Singh; Secretary, Padma Angmo; Secretary, Mehboob Ali and Secretary, Ravinder Kumar.
