KARGIL, AUGUST 13, 2021: With other parts of the globe, International Hazrat Ali Asghar Day observed here in Kargil today. The congregation was organized by Zainabia Women Welfare Society, IKMT Kargil.

Mothers with their toddlers from all over the district Kargil gathered at Zainabia Convention Hall, Haidary Mohalla Kargil to honor the martyrdom of the youngest son of Imam Hussain (PBUH) in the battle of Karbala in Iraq in the 7th century.

The toddlers had put green cloths resembling the six month old martyr son of Hussain ibn Ali, Hazrat Ali Asghar. The tyrant Yazidi army killed the six month old baby with a three pointed arrow that targeted the throat of Hazrat Ali Asghar.

Observing Youm e Ali Asghar was initiated by Supreme leader of Iran Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Steadily it crossed geographical borders and reached Asian countries one of which is India. The first Jummah of Muharram is now being observed as Youm e Ali Asghar a.s. Many countries opposed it and Saudia Arabia topped the list. A very strong opposition is exhibited by Saudia.

This is nothing less than a propaganda against Muslims specially shias. They know it very well that if Asghar a.s from the craddle and Karbala will come out for what he stood for and gave his life, the people will indeed come to know that WHAT IS KARBALA? and WHY IT HAPPENED?
