KARGIL, JUNE 23, 2021: The District Magistrate Santosh Sukhadeve in a fresh order on Wednesday has discontinued roster for attending duties in Government offices in District Kargil.

“In order to minimize the sufferings of general public and to address their grievances in the Government offices smoothly, it is impressed upon all the district Officers/ Departmental Heads/ DDOS to ensure daily attendance of their employees in the offices strictly with immediate effect”, read the order.

The District Magistrate in an order on 10 May 2021 had ordered to attend offices on roaster basis to mitigate the thread of Covid-19 pandemic.
