KARGIL, MARCH 10, 2021: A delegation of Students’ Education Movement of Kargil (SEMOK), Ladakh met with the Deputy Commissioner and CEO, LAHDC, Kargil Santosh G. Sukhadeve here in Baroo today.

The delegation was comprised of the Executive Body members and general members of the students’ body.

The students body welcomed the newly joined DC with traditional khatak and took up various issues related to the students fraternity of Ladakh and particularly Kargil.

Due to unprecedented delay in declaration of results of Class 10th, 11th and 12th the students has suffered very badly. SEMOK requested DC to take-up this issues with JKBOSE and declare the results as soon as possible.

SEMOK also maintained that the results of Class IV level jobs exam conducted by District Recruitment Board has not declared yet.

The students body further requested to conduct the pending examination which were advertised by DSSRB in 2019. The DSSRB has advertised various vacancies but exams of many such posts are not yet conducted.

DC Sukhadeve assured SEMOK that he will take these issues with concerned authorities and would resolve them as soon as possible, said a press note issued by the student body.
