DIPR extends deadline for submission of EOI to engage professionals

Leh, March 26: Due to poor response against notice inviting EOI (expression of interest) for “Empanelment of Multimedia Creative Agencies/Applicants” to produce creative’s for print media, electronic media, Social media, outdoor media etc as and when required by various Departments and the Districts of the Administration of UT Ladakh, the deadline for submission of EOI is hereby extended upto 1st of April, 2021.

It is pertinent to mention that in order to engage professionals/multimedia creative agencies to produce creatives for print, electronic, social and outdoor media, the Department of Information and Public Relations had issued an expression of interest (EoI) for the ‘empanelment of multimedia creative agencies’. The agencies would be engaged on a need basis by departments from UT Ladakh, and Leh and Kargil districts.

Interested applicants with experience in relevant fields with a minimum experience of two years in producing creatives, videos (film/ documentary/ TVC) content and print designs are eligible to send their EoI. The applicant/agency should have the resources to produce multi-lingual content with proficiency and proof-reading facilities in English, Hindi and Ladakhi. Applicant/agency should have a GSTIN registration certificate.

The interested agencies should submit their expression of interest to Under Secretary, Information, at [email protected] latest by April 01.

The Department of Information & Public Relations is taking numerous initiatives, including behavioural change communication related to health and sanitation, environment and conservation, to raise awareness among people and beneficiaries through different media.
