KARGIL MARCH 07, 2021: In order to impart awareness to the general public about various ongoing schemes and registration of new cooperative societies, Cooperatives Department Kargil organized a day long seminar-cum-awareness camp at Taisuru block here today.

Councilor Parkachik Haji Ghulam Muhammad, Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies Kargil Dr Zakir Hussain, Sarpanchs, Panchs, senior citizens of the block, members of societies including members from Rangdum societies and locals were present on the occasion.

Councilor Parkachik Haji Ghulam Muhammad while speaking on the occasion requested the youth of the area to pursue the awareness programme seriously so that they are in a position to understand the schemes well and take their full benefit. He also thanked the Cooperatives Department Kargil for organizing such a fruitful event in Taisuru block and also providing vegetables for the first time in all blocks of the district including their area.

During the course of the awareness programme, Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies Kargil urged the general public to come forward to take benefit from different schemes of the department, adding he requested them to register new societies in different fields.

Moreover, other officers and officials of the department enlightened the participants about different schemes of the department.
