Leh/ Feb. 01/ News Desk: The Finance Minister Nirmala Sitaraman has announced formation of a central University in Leh.

She made the announcement while presenting the general budget of the country.

The finance minister Nirmala Sitaraman is presenting the budget for the second time. She is the first woman finance minister in India to present a general budget for the second time.

In this budget, the education sector is believed to be very important as the field of education has changed a lot this year due to the coronavirus.

In such a situation, several major announcements have been made in the budget for the promotion of education.

In addition, the government has announced establishment of 100 new soldier schools in partnership with NGOs, private schools and states in the future.

The finance minister has further said that Rs 35,000 crore was announced for four crore Schedule Caste students.

The current budget is the first budget presented in the Corona pandemic, which is completely paperless. It has been also decided to not print the budget paper.
