KARGIL, FEBRUARY 13, 2021: 2 day awareness camp for sheep and goat breeders organized by the Sheep Husbandry Department Kargil concluded at BVO Office Trespone here today.

Block Veterinary Officer (BVO), TSG Dr Fida Hussain, Manager, Karakul Sheep Farm Khumbathang Dr Muhammad Baqir, Sarpanch Aga Syed Zeya-ud-din, Panchs, officials of Sheep Husbandry Department and local farmers were present on the occasion.

Manager, Karakul Sheep Farm Khumbathang Dr Muhammad Baqir educated the farmers about efficient management and importance of livestock including Karakul Sheep.

Sarpanch Aga Syed Zeya-ud-din expressed gratitude to the Department of Sheep Husbandry, Kargil for having conducted the 2 day camp for benefit of the local breeders.

He also urged the department for conduct of similar awareness camps in other villages of TSG Block in future.

Later, BVO Trespone Dr Fida Hussain enlightened the participants about the ongoing departmental programme for upliftment of the breeders.
