Kargil/ Jan. 18: Superintendent of Police (SP), Kargil Anayat Ali Choudhary called on the Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor, (CEC), LAHDC Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan at the Council Secretariat Kurbathang here today.

Executive Councillor for Social Welfare Aga Syed Hassan Armaan, Executive Councilor for Works Mubarak Shah Nagvi, Executive Councillor for Tourism Er Phunsog Tashi and Councillor Chuliskamboo Altaf Hussain were also present on the occasion.

CEC Khan while extending warm welcome to Anayat Ali Choudhary on his joining as the new SP Kargil congratulated him for getting the opportunity to serve Kargil District.

Khan expressed optimism that his presence will further improve the law and order of Kargil district and will also motivate the department and officials to function in great capacity and honor. He said that as an able Police administrator, SP Anayat Choudhary will further improve relations between public and the administration besides also maintaining law and order, peace and harmony in the district. SP Anayat Ali Choudhary assured the CEC that he will work with the best of his capacity in execution of policies and programmes to strengthen law and order and implementation of a people friendly policing in the district.
